$100 buy-in. A full day of poker, football on the big screens, and a room full of people who believe recovery is worth betting on. Every chip you play moves someone one step closer to a safe, sober place to call home.
Why We're Playing
All The Way Well exists to remove the biggest barrier standing between someone and long-term recovery: a safe place to live. We raise funds and provide scholarships so people leaving treatment can step directly into sober living instead of back into the environments that nearly cost them their lives.
Every dollar raised at this tournament goes to the Matty Ryan Fund, created in memory of Matty Ryan, whose life was cut short by an overdose. The fund carries his name forward by giving others the chance he’d want them to have — a foothold, a community, and a real shot at the life recovery makes possible.
When you sit down at the table, you’re not just playing cards. You’re helping fund the first month’s rent, the fresh start, the phone call that says “there’s a bed for you.” That’s the pot that actually matters.

Reserve Your Seat
Register online and your buy-in gets you your starting chips and a seat at the table for the full tournament. Reserving your seat gets you 24k in chips!
Sign Up Early, Stack Early
Reserve your seats between August 1st and 15th to receive 30k in chips! The earlier you’re in, the bigger you begin.

Add-ons are available throughout the day — every one is another donation straight to the cause. Each add-on is 6k in chips!

Take a shot at the treasure chest for a chance at the 100,000 chip. One of the most fun ways to give, and a big part of what makes the day count.
Play For
1st Place - Champion
1st place gets a Championship belt and the rights to defend their title next year.
2nd Place
Runner Up will get a trophy.
3rd Place
3rd Place will also receive a trophy.
50% of chips sold go to the prize pool. Payouts announced day-of.
