Chief Community Officer

As a board member of All The Way Well, Robby focuses on creating opportunities for the community through experiential events and recovery funding initiatives. Laura, a former Air Force intelligence analyst, is over five years into her recovery journey. She is a certified wellness coach and a certified peer and family specialist (CPFS) who believes in a ‘whole person’ approach—addressing all aspects of life for lasting recovery. Laura is dedicated to helping others build empowered, self-directed lives through daily, intentional growth.

With over 7 years of sobriety and certified as a Peer & Family Specialist (CPFS), Jason is committed to helping clients create person-centered change. After 25 years in Brooklyn and a career in the private sector, he relocated to Colorado to pursue a fulfilling career in mental health and substance use recovery, where he brings both lived experience and professional training.

Director of Community Outreach & Peer Recovery Specialist

Dane Stevens is the Director of Community Outreach at All The Way Well, where he applies his strong background in sales, business development, and account management to build and sustain meaningful connections within the recovery community. Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Dane's journey through substance use disorder and recovery fuels his passion for his work. His experience as a wrestler at Lehigh University taught him discipline and dedication, qualities he now channels into his commitment to holistic and data-driven approaches to recovery. Dane remains active in the community, championing initiatives that foster positive change and support others on their recovery journeys.

Zach Davis

Peer Recovery Specialist

Zach is dedicated to guiding others on a spiritual path to healing and renewal. He believes in the power of inner transformation and uses spiritual practices to help individuals release past burdens and reconnect with their true selves.
